DanumaAI Telegram Bot:
DanumaAI, operated by DanumaAI, is focused on serving the Sri Lankan audience. To deliver features, we collect:

• User Uploads: Images sent to DanumaAI are stored temporarily and automatically deleted within 30 days.
• Message Logging: We log message metadata (timestamps, usage statistics) to monitor and improve service quality. We do not retain the content of user messages beyond immediate processing.
• Deletion Requests: Users may request early deletion of uploaded images via our official support channels.

Android Application:
Our Android app may collect:

• Device model and OS version for compatibility optimization.
• App usage interactions to improve user experience.
• Locally stored chat history for offline access (if enabled).

Important: All stored data is encrypted and kept in secure databases with strict access controls. Third-party services (e.g. OpenAI, Google Gemini, Wikipedia API) have their own privacy policies which also apply.

All payments for digital subscriptions are securely processed by PayHere, our authorized payment processor. DanumaAI and Lycoryx Technologies do not store or process your credit card numbers or banking credentials.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide services (e.g., PayHere for payment processing). We only store necessary metadata for service operation.

We value your privacy and give you full control over your data:

• In-App Deletion: You can delete your entire account and all associated personal data (chat history, profile info, and uploaded images) directly through the Settings menu in the DanumaAI App.
• Web-Based Deletion: If you are using a browser, you can access the deletion tool at danumaai.lk/app (Settings).
• Manual Requests: If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion via our Official Deletion Request Form. We will process your request within 7 business days.
• Data Removal: Upon account deletion, all data is purged from our active databases within 48 hours.

DanumaAI utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence models (including OpenAI and Google Gemini) to process your queries.

• Anonymization: We do not send your real name or personal identifiers to AI providers. Only the content of your prompt is sent for processing.
• No Training: We do not allow third-party AI providers to use your personal data to train their models.
• Data Residency: While DanumaAI is a Sri Lankan platform, AI processing may occur on secure servers located in the USA or Singapore, governed by strict data protection agreements.
