These Terms govern the use of DanumaAI services, including the DanumaAI Telegram Bot, Web AI Playground, Android Application, and any related platforms or legal relationships. DanumaAI is owned and operated by Lycoryx Technologies. By using any of our services, you agree to these terms.

DanumaAI Telegram Bot:

• User Uploads: Images are stored temporarily and auto-deleted within 30 days.
• Message Logging: We log metadata (timestamps, frequency) to improve quality. We do not store message content beyond immediate processing.
• Deletion Requests: Request early deletion of uploads via our Telegram group.

Android Application:

• Device identifiers and app usage statistics to improve performance.
• Stored preferences and chat history local to the device.

Important: All stored data is encrypted and kept in secure databases with strict access controls. Third-party services (e.g. OpenAI, Google Gemini, Wikipedia API) have their own privacy policies which also apply.

By using DanumaAI, the Web Playground, or any related DanumaAI service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the service.

All purchases of premium plans (DanumaAI or Web Playground) are final. Digital credits and subscriptions are strictly non-refundable once activated. All payments are securely processed by PayHere or Google Play. We do not offer refunds once the service has been accessed.

Unless specified otherwise, all content, branding, and software on our platforms is owned by DanumaAI.

Third-Party Content Disclaimer: DanumaAI integrates with third-party APIs (such as Wikipedia/Wikimedia) to provide educational diagrams and information. Some educational diagrams (e.g., human anatomy, biology) may contain graphic or scientifically accurate illustrations. These are provided strictly for educational purposes. DanumaAI is not responsible for the content retrieved from these external sources.

When you contribute study materials, notes, or external links to the DanumaAI Resource Hub, you agree to the following guidelines:

• Ownership: You must either own the content or have the right to share it for educational purposes.
• Accuracy: Ensure the material is accurate and correctly categorized by Grade and Subject.
• Prohibited Content: We strictly reject materials containing:
  • Explicit, offensive, or non-educational content.
  • Copyrighted materials shared without authorization (e.g., paid test papers).
  • Malicious links, spam, or promotional material for unrelated services.
• Moderation: All uploads are subject to manual admin review. We reserve the right to reject or remove any resource that violates these guidelines or fails to meet our quality standards.

You may request deletion of stored data:

• DanumaAI: Uploaded images (before 30-day auto-expiry).
• Web Playground: Conversation history, generated content, and authentication data.

Submit requests via our WhatsApp Channel, Telegram group, or our Google Form.

DanumaAI is an AI-powered study companion. While we strive for excellence:

• Educational Purpose: All generated content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional academic advice or official textbooks.
• Accuracy: Large Language Models can occasionally produce inaccurate information (hallucinations). Users are encouraged to cross-reference AI-generated study notes with official curriculum materials.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for the inputs you provide and how you interpret the AI's output.
